How do I cancel my account?

Oh no! We’re so sorry to see you go, but we totally understand that not everyone can stay furever. (We sure wish mew could!)

You can cancel your subscription anytime before your next renewal. Here’s how:

  • Log in to your account at www.catlady.com
  • Click Manage Subscriptions on the right side
  • Under the Active tab, choose the subscription you want to cancel and click Manage This Subscription
  • Scroll down and click Cancel Subscription


PURRLEASE NOTE:
We renew each month on the 1st or 15th, depending on your subscription. Be sure to make any changes by the 1st or 14th of the month at 11:59 PM EST. Once your renewal goes through, your order is locked in for the month.

Canceling your subscription stops future renewals, but it does not refund past charges.

I canceled—why did I get a shipping email?

Oh no! We’re so sorry to see you go—but we totally get that not everyone can stay furever. (We sure wish mew could!)

If you canceled after your renewal went through, your box was already in the works. The shipping email you got is for that box you were already charged for before canceling.

Canceling just stops future renewals—it doesn’t cancel a box that’s already been processed.

How to skip a box

Absolutely! If you need a little break from all the cat lady goodies, you can skip your next renewal.

There are a couple of ways to skip, but the easiest way is:

Log in to your account at www.catlady.com

Click View Your Next Order on the right

You’ll see the details for your upcoming box

Click the Skip button and confirm

Make sure to check the New Renewal Date—this is when your subscription will renew and you’ll be billed again.

PURRLEASE note:
What skipping does depends on your plan:

Month-to-month: Skips one month

3-month plan: Skips the entire next 3-month renewal

6-month plan: Skips the entire next 6-month renewal

Changed your mind? No worries, you can always go back and unskip if your box hasn’t renewed yet!

I skipped—why did I get a box?

If you skipped but still got a box, it usually means your skip didn’t go through before your renewal was processed.

Once your renewal goes through, your box is confirmed and being packed—so it can’t be canceled or skipped at that point. You’re locked in for that month.

You can log in and check your next renewal date. If it shows a date in the future, that means your skip did work, it just didn’t apply to the box you just got because your renewal had already gone through.

You can always go back and unskip if you change your mind (as long as your renewal hasn’t happened yet!).

Can I pause my account?

While there’s no official “pause” button, you can skip your next renewal to take a little break.

Just log in to your account and click View Your Next Order. Then hit Skip and choose how long you’d like to skip for. You can always go back and unskip later if you change your mind!

When do subscriptions renew?

All plans auto-renew on the 1st or 15th of the month, depending on when you first subscribed.

Subscribers who joined on or after November 1, 2023:
Your subscription renews on the 1st of each month.
We’ll automatically charge the billing method you have on file.
Once your plan renews, your box is locked in for that month.

Subscribers who joined before November 1, 2023:
Your subscription renews on the 15th of the month prior to your shipment.
Your box ships the first week of the following month, no matter when you placed your order.

Need to make changes?
Make any changes to your account (like skipping or canceling) by 11:59 PM EST the day before your renewal date (either the 1st or the 14th, depending on your plan). After your renewal goes through, your box is locked in for that month.

I changed my size but still received the wrong size

Oh no! If you updated your size but still got the wrong one, it probably didn’t go through in time before your renewal processed.

Size changes need to be made before your renewal date to apply to that month’s box. If it was after, the new size will start with your next one.

How can I update my payment?

Need to switch cards or update your payment info? It’s easy and secure!

Here’s how:

Log in at www.catlady.com

Click Manage Payment Methods

Click Edit next to your current card

You’ll get a secure link sent to the email on file—click that link to update your payment method

Make sure to save your changes when you're done!

Be sure to update everything before your next renewal to avoid any payment hairballs!

I moved and need to change my address

Headed to a new place? It’s important to update your address as soon as you can so we can make sure your goodies gets delivered to the right spot. While mail forwarding sometimes works, it’s not guaranteed—your box could get sent back and cause delays.

Here’s how to update your address:

Log in at www.catlady.com

Click Address & Payment Details

Scroll to Manage Addresses

Click Edit to update your current address, or Add a New Address if needed

Save your changes!

Just make sure to update your info before your next renewal date to make sure your next box goes to the right place.

I canceled, but no refund was sent

We renew subscriptions each month on the 1st or 15th—check your account to see which one applies to you! Be sure to make any changes by the day before your renewal date (the 14th or 31st) at 11:59 PM EST. After your subscription renews, your order is locked in for the month.


Canceling your subscription does not refund past charges. Canceling makes it so you do not get charged any more in the future and your subscription will not renew.

I need to change my size

It’s super easy to update your shirt size!

Log in at www.catlady.com

On the right-hand side, click Manage Subscriptions

In the Active tab, click the subscription you want to manage

Find the dropdown under Shirt Size and select your new size

Click Save Changes

Just make sure to update your size before your next renewal date to make sure your shirt size updates for your next box.

Will I still get my Cat Lady Box?

Yes! Your subscription didn’t change. You’ll still get your Cat Lady Box like always—same goodies, same schedule, just under our new name.

Do I need to do anything to keep my subscription?

If you subscribed before July 1, 2025, your subscription is still active—but it lives on our old system. You can manage it by logging in here. Want to switch over to our new site? You’ll just need to create a new account at www.catlady.com—it’s quick and easy! You’ll get access to more features like tracking links, past orders, and easier account management.Need help getting set up? Email us at meow@catlady.com and we’ll help lend a paw!

Did my subscription change?

Not at all! You’ll still get the same purrfect box each month.

Will the pricing or box contents change?

Nope! Same price, same kind of goodies! :)

Where is my Cat Lady Box Subscription?

If you subscribed on or before July 1, 2025, log in here to access your account on our previous system. If you signed up after that—or you're not sure—just log in at www.catlady.com and click Manage Subscription. Need help finding your account? Email us at meow@catlady.com and we’ll help lend a paw!

Can I still log in with my old account?

If you subscribed before July 1, 2025, your account is still on our previous system—so you’ll want to log in here to manage it.

If you’re new (or rejoining!) after that date, just log in at www.catlady.com and you’re good to go.

Is my personal information still secure?

Absolutely! Your personal info and payment details are still safe and secure. We take that stuff seriously and always make sure your account is protected

Where do I manage my subscription now?

If you’re on our new site, just log into your account at www.catlady.com and click Manage Subscription—you’ll be able to update your shirt size, address, payment info, and more.

If your subscription started before May 21, 2025, you can still manage it on our old system here. Not sure which one you’re on? Email us at meow@catlady.com and we’ll help you figure it out!

How can I move my old account over to the new site?

You’ll just need to create a new account on our updated site at www.catlady.com—it’s quick and easy! We weren’t able to move old accounts over automatically, but signing up again gives you access to way more helpful info, like tracking links, past orders, and better account management tools.

Orders & Shipping

Where is my order?

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send a tracking number to the email address on your account. Be sure to check your inbox (and your spam or promotions folder just in case!) for an email from us with your tracking info.

If you can’t find it or need help, just email us at meow@catlady.com and we’ll be happy to help track it down for you!

My tracking says delivered but I didnt get it.

Oh no! Your tracking says delivered but the box is missing?

This usually means it was handed off to a front office, reception desk, or even a friendly neighbor. If your building has an office or parcel locker, definitely check there. Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered a little early, so it might still show up in the next day or so, too!

If you pinky-promise you’ve checked everywhere and it’s still MIA, email us at meow@catlady.com and we’ll help track it down.

Item was missing from my box

Oh no! Did we miss including something in your box? We apurrlogize!

While it's definitely not normal for this to happen, we'll always do everything we can to make it right.

Email us at meow@catlady.com within 30 days of receiving your box and tell us what you're missing and we'll get it all fixed up!

Please note that there is a 30-day window to let us know something is missing. We want you to have everything, of course, so make sure you let us know right away.

Received a damaged item, how to get a replacement?

Oh no! We're so sorry to hear that something arrived in less than meowvelous condition! We definitely want to make sure you and your kitties have everything purrfect. If you notice any damage, we'll do our best to replace the item as soon as possible, as long as we have it in stock. Please let us know within 30 days of receiving your package at meow@catlady.com, and we will take care of the rest!

Can I return an item?

Because of the nature of our business, we’re unable to accept returns and all sales are final.

BUT—we really want you to be happy! If you’re ever unsatisfied for any reason, just email us at meow@catlady.com and we’ll do whatever we can to make it right and put a smile on your face.

We also send out surveys and ask for feedback often to make sure we’re on the right track—so thank you in advance for helping us make Cat Lady even better!

Where can I see past orders (not box)?

You can view everything you've ordered—boxes and one-time shop purchases right from your account!

Here’s how:

On the right-hand side, click View Previous Orders

You'll see a list of your past orders. Click View Order Details to see more info, like what was in the order and where it shipped.

I am not getting emails

Oh no! If you’re not getting our emails, here are a couple things to check:

Make sure you’re checking the same email address that’s on your Cat Lady account.

Look in your spam or junk folder—sometimes our emails end up there!

If your email has different tabs or folders, check those too, just in case.

If everything looks right and you're still not seeing anything, email us at meow@catlady.com and we’ll help get it fixed so you don’t miss any updates!

Is there an email address I can email?

Of course! We're happy to give you our contact us information. You can email us anytime at meow@catlady.com. We love hearing from you, getting feedback, and seeing cute cat pictures (hint, hint!). We'll get back to you within 24-48 hours, and usually sooner

Is there a phone number I can call?

The easiest and fastest way to reach us is by emailing meow@catlady.com or clicking the Contact Us button at the bottom of our site.

Please make sure to include any information that will help us answer your question right away (like the name your account is under, and the question you are asking). We'll always get back to you within 24-48 hours -- and usually within just a few hours!

Our Cat Lady Box comes with 3–4 fun, cat-themed items for you, plus 2 surprises for your cats! Most of the goodies inside are exclusive to Cat Lady Box and made just for our subscribers!

What comes in the Spoiled Cats Club

Our Spoiled Cats Club box includes a mix of fun toys for your cats, most filled with premium catnip to keep them zooming and pouncing for hours. All toys are made exclusively for Spoiled Cats Club, just for your spoiled kitties!

Is there a “no treats” option?

Treats don’t automatically come in the box, but you can add them! We offer treats as an optional add-on, so you can pick them if you’d like when customizing your box.

Are there any Cat Lady coupons?

Ooooh, we’re so happy you’re thinking about joining the cat lady fun!

The best way to get Cat Lady Box coupons and promo codes is to sign up for our emails. That’s where we share all the latest deals—and our subscribers always get first dibs on the best discounts (because we love you, obviously).

What are add-ons?

Add-ons are your oppurrtunity to add extra goodies to your box each month before it ships! Anything you choose will ship with your Cat Lady Box—no extra shipping required!

How Do Add-Ons Work?

Add-ons open for a limited time before boxes ship each month. We’ll send you an email when shopping opens, so keep an eye on your inbox!

Click the link in the email to visit the add-on shop for the month. Pick your favorites and add them to your cart—choose as many as you’d like from what’s available!

When you're ready, check the box to agree to the add-on terms and click PLACE ORDER in your cart. You won’t need to re-enter your payment info.

At the end of the add-on period, we’ll automatically charge you for the items in your cart. (Sales tax applies where required by law. Currently, we collect tax in: AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV.)
